Reservations & Payments
- Vehicle availability determines the final acceptance of any booking made by customers.
- Customers must provide a valid credit card to secure their reservations.
- Customers must pay their full booking in advance, although written arrangements may modify the payment schedule.
- Prices quoted are estimates and may vary depending on actual service time, route changes, tolls, or additional stops.
- Last minute changes can incurred in extra charges.
- Special events different rates apply.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- The company provides complete refunds to customers who cancel their services at least 24 hours before their booked pickup time. ( for Sedans and SUVS)
- Cancellations made after the 24-hour deadline before your scheduled service stay non-refundable.
- Full fare charges apply when customers do not show up or fail to give advance notice about changes.
Note: The 24-hour cancellation policy specifically applies to sedans and SUVs only.
On bigger vehicles custom cancellation policy will be provided
Wait Time & Overtime
- We offer a complimentary wait time of up to 15 minutes for standard pickups. After this grace period, charges will apply in 15-minute intervals at the assigned vehicle’s hourly rate.
- For airport pickups, the complimentary wait time is 45 minutes for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights.

- Overtime charges apply if the service exceeds the scheduled booking time.
Vehicle Cleanliness & Damage
- Clients are responsible for any damage to the vehicle or excessive
mess caused during service. - Cleaning or repair fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
- cleaning fee starting at $300
Prohibited Conduct
To maintain safety and comfort:
- All vehicles maintain strict regulations against smoking and drug use, as well as underage alcohol consumption, cleaning fee starting at $300 will be charge if any of the past prohibitions are not followed.
- Customer service will end immediately through service termination, and no refund will be provided if clients display disruptive or threatening behavior.
Liability & Delays
- Golden State Limousine LLC holds no responsibility for delays due to weather conditions, traffic, road blockages, or unforeseeable circumstances.
- We will not accept accountability for any personal items lost, damaged, or forgotten inside your vehicle.
Service Area
- Golden State Limousine LLC provides service to all of the San Francisco Bay Area, including San Jose, Oakland, Napa/Sonoma Valley and their neighboring areas.
- The service rates will increase when customers required transportation beyond the boundaries of our specified operational regions.
Airport Transfers
- Our service tracks airport traffic at San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose Airports and all local FBO’S for scheduled pickups.
- Flight information must be precise when clients book with us, and they must report delays in flight times as soon as possible.
Privacy & Data Security
- The company utilizes customer data only to manage bookings, deliver services, and provide support functions.
- Our website uses SSL encryption to protect all booked data for individual privacy protection.
Modifications to Terms
- Golden State Limousine LLC retains the authority to amend or modify these terms at any time through unannounced changes.
- The client’s continued usage of our services after term modifications indicates their agreement to the updated terms.
